Two brand new luxury 3-bedroom villas with wonderful views of the sea and the area, located in the tranquil village of Maleme, 12 km west of Chania town. The villas are set in lush of green grounds, among olive trees offering a warm and calm atmosphere, ideal for relaxation.

The guests can enjoy many shops, bars and local tavernas in the center of Gerani village, as well as beach sports and intense nightlife in the nearby resort of Platanias (2 km to the east). The lovely sandy beach lies 1.8 km away from the villa, whereas a mini market in the main square (500m) is available.

Facilities

The villas are built in maisonette style offering a large living rooms with fireplace, decorated in a modern way, a kitchen and dining areas in an open plan design, as well as a common wc on the first floor. On the ground floor the guests can find a second kitchen, a second stylish living room area and an entertainment corner with games for kids, TV and table games, all designed in an open plan style, as well as a luxurious bathrooms and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Maleme

Maleme is a seaside, quiet village which is built along the old national road, 12 km west of Chania. The centre of the village is quite nearby and can be easily accessed off the National Road.

The long sandy beach on the north of the village gains every year the Blue Flag; it is partly organised (not crowded) and provides all kind of facilities such as sun-chairs, umbrellas, showers, W.C. and sea sports. The blue of the sea joins with the blue or starry sky in calmness and passion.
